1. Choose this season's enterprise: Together, we'll select a profitable and sustainable enterprise for the current season.

2. Select next season's enterprise: We'll also choose an enterprise for the upcoming season, ensuring a continuous cycle of growth and development.

3. Site demarcations: We'll work together to demarcate the site, ensuring that everyone is clear on the boundaries and layout.

4. Community Benefit Agreement (CBA): We'll develop a CBA that outlines the benefits and responsibilities of all stakeholders involved in the project.
